Return shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return request, email us at info@camden-london.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and undamaged

All original tags must remain attached

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide the return instructions and warehouse address.

Our main return facility is located in Shenzhen, China, and the specific return address will be provided once the return request has been confirmed.

For your protection, we recommend sending returns with a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it has safely arrived at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Camden London will handle the issue accordingly.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team.

After the return has been approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the item has been received and checked.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
