What payment methods are available?

At Camden London you can pay securely using: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay. All payments are encrypted (SSL). Camden London does not store any payment data.

How quickly does customer service respond?

We process messages in the order they are received and respond within 24 hours on business days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped by the supplier. Please contact us immediately at info@camden-london.com with your name and order number. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) by the supplier.

How does shipping work?

Orders are shipped directly from the supplier (from China) on business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Total delivery time: approximately 6–10 business days

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, holidays, or high shipping demand.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

We will notify you by email. We will check availability for up to 14 days. If the product remains unavailable, you will automatically receive a full refund.

When will I receive my refund after a return?

After the returned item has been inspected, the refund will be issued within 10 days (often sooner) using the original payment method.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@camden-london.com and include your order number. Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at info@camden-london.com and include your order number along with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

How can I track my order?

Using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email, you can check the current status of your shipment on our website or directly with the shipping carrier.

My tracking number does not work yet – what should I do?

It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. If it still does not work after that time, please contact our customer support.

What if a product is missing or I received the wrong item?

Orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. If an item is missing or incorrect, please report it within 30 days at info@camden-london.com.

What are the return conditions?

Returns are only accepted if the products are unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

Important: International returns to China may be significantly more expensive (often €30–€100 or more).
