Product Origin & Dispatch

Camden London is operated by Atlas Digital, a company based in the Netherlands. Our products are sourced from international suppliers and are dispatched directly from our suppliers in China. This means your order will travel internationally before arriving at your UK address.

We ship all orders using tracked international shipping to ensure your parcel can be monitored throughout its journey.

Order Processing Information

Orders placed through Camden London are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order has been confirmed.

Orders submitted after 15:00 GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders shipped to the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 6–10 business days. Please note that because products are dispatched from international suppliers outside Europe, delivery may occasionally take longer depending on customs processing and carrier availability.

There are no hidden delivery charges for UK customers.
